To promote RenderMan®, its must- have movie software, Pixar's booth featured its 2009 movie “Up!” and gave GGE designers the chance to show the power of custom rental. Using drawings supplied by Pixar, the house that is pivotal to the movie was built to scale on the show floor. A full graphic inkjet wrap on a metal frame defined the lower portion of the house while tension fabric was printed via dye-sublimation for the roof. Instead of real balloons, the bottom of Pixar's traditional circular hanging sign was fitted with a balloon graphic.
